Precautions for Use Nitrogen Hydrogen Air Integrated Machine
Before the initial activation, the connection points, welding joints and valves should be checked for leaks to ensure that the oxygen in the air will not back-bleed into the pipeline and the inside of the instrument, causing high measurement values.
Before using the instrument again, the pipeline system should be purified to remove the air leaked into the clean and ensure that no air is leaked into the sample pipeline when it is connected. The change of oxygen content in the sample gas will be affected by the pipe material and surface roughness, so generally the connection pipeline is made of copper or polished stainless-steel pipe, instead of plastic or rubber pipe.
